Purpose of Role

To provide appropriate Leadership to the Teams within the Bars, Coffee Shop and Gift Shop areas. The successful candidate will work to provide a professional level of service, to create inspiring environments and be instrumental in motivating, coaching and developing all the Retail Teams.
To be responsible for providing a high level of quality service throughout all areas of Retail, whilst maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness, giving guests a better than expected experience.

Maintain open lines of communication both between your team and other leaders within the business.
To have the ability to be empathetic, therefore delivering the best holiday experience and exceeding expectations for all our guests.

Requirements

The ideal Candidates will have:-

1. Experience in a similar environment is preferred although not essential.
2. Be passionate about delivery and exceeding our guests experience.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members.
4. Be a Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic and have the ability to role model the    delivery of exceptional service standards with a good eye for detail.
5. To have a background in the delivery of superior sales and service, service delivery, and to possess a knowledge of Bar, Coffee Shop and Gift Shop technical skills.
