Purpose of Role

Thoresby Hall Hotel currently has a vacancy for a Maitre D to join there restaurant team. The successful candidate will lead a small waiting on team to achieving high questionnaire scores and impeccable standards.

 

Requirements

Previous experience within a similar role would be a significant advantage.

The ideal candidate will possess an ability to be a strong leader having good management presence in our 2 rosette blue room restaurant.You will have good leadership skills, being able to be consciously competent about who you are developing and why and have a desire to get the very best from each individual in your team and achieve greatness.
