Purpose of Role

Warner Leisure Hotels, part of Bourne Leisure Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Holiday Sales Manager who is commercially aware, truly believes in putting themselves in their guests shoes and providing 4 star sales and service superiority to join their team.

The Holiday Sales Manager is an invaluable part of our value chain providing our guests, who are at the heart of our business, with a holiday experience they value and memories to cherish

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving and owning the onsite sales channel (guests rebooking onsite, during their current stay) through
      o Planning and implementing sales activity that promotes repeat bookings for all Warner locations
      o Managing the day-to-day sales function and running target-focused incentives for all relevant teams
      o Co-ordinating sales and marketing literature to be used onsite, in the local area and at other sites (this may include direct mail, telesales and the production of promotional collateral such as posters, leaflets, etc)
      o Ensuring all members of the team understand the sales function and their role in helping to promote onsite bookings, through delivering superior sales and service
      o Exploring new business opportunities at a local level
• Liaising with the Sales teams at Hemel Hempstead to ensure options and bookings, both Direct and Indirect are optimised, at the right time and at the right price
• Managing relationships with support teams at Hemel Hempstead to ensure relevant support and exposure is achieved for the hotel (revenue, sales & marketing, Experience Breaks, etc). Also liaising with local travel agents and other HSMs to maximise sales opportunities
• Dealing with guest queries with care and consideration
