Job Title

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Purpose of Role

To support the Food & Beverage Manager in the day-to-day running of the venues ensuring that appropriate leadership is provided to our teams. The successful candidate will work to provide a professional level of service, to create inspiring environments and be instrumental in motivating, coaching and developing all the Food & Beverage Team.
To be responsible for providing a high level of quality service throughout all areas of Food & Beverage, whilst maintaining the appropriate standard of cleanliness, giving guests a better than expected experience.

Maintain open lines of communication both between your team and other leaders within the business.
To have the ability to be empathetic, therefore delivering the best holiday experience and exceeding expectations for all our guests.
 

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:-

- Experience in a similar environment is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
- Be passionate about delivery and exceeding our guests experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members.
- Be a Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic and have the ability to role model the delivery of exceptional service standards with a good eye for detail.
- To have a background in the delivery of superior sales and service, service delivery, and to possess a knowledge of Food and Beverage technical skills.
