Food & Beverage Team Leader

Purpose of Role

Purpose of Role:

To support the Food & Beverage Supervisors in the day-to-day running of the venues ensuring that appropriate leadership is provided to our teams. The successful candidate will work to provide a professional level of service, to create inspiring environments and be instrumental in motivating and coaching team members. To lead the team on the ‘shop floor’ and to be responsible for providing a high level of quality service throughout all areas of Food & Beverage.

Maintain open lines of communication both between your team and other leaders within the business.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Experience in a similar environment is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
• Be passionate about delivery and exceeding our guests experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Be a Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic and have the ability to role model the delivery of exceptional service standards with a good eye for detail.
• To have a passion for the business and be looking for self – development with the Food & Beverage environment.
