Purpose of Role

To support the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day running of the Reception area ensuring that appropriate service standards are provided to our Guests. The successful candidate will work to provide a professional level of service, to create inspiring environments and to assist with reservations and allocation of accommodation. By communicating with our Guests and fellow Team members in a polite and professional manner they will excel in “Sales and Service Superiority” therefore giving our guests a better than expected experience.

Maintain open lines of communication both between our Guests, our team and other leaders within the business.
To have the ability to be empathetic, therefore delivering the best holiday experience and exceeding expectations for all our guests.

 


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:-

• Experience in a similar environment is preferred although not essential as full training will be given.
• Be passionate about delivery and exceeding our guests experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Be a Committed Team Player being both flexible, enthusiastic and have the ability to role model the delivery of exceptional service standards with a good eye for detail.
