Located at our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, our call centre has over 30 people working in Holiday Sales and Customer Care Advisory roles taking holiday bookings for Warner Leisure Hotels.

Our advisors aim to deliver excellent customer service and sales at all times. Approaching customers with a problem-solving attitude and treating each customer as an individual, their objective is to deliver holiday sales targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing information and helping to ensure customer needs are met
• To make targeted outbound calls with regard to promoting specific sites, dates and special offers
• Successfully achieve sales targets
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
